Our speech-language pathology master’s program prioritizes hands-on learning, allowing students to practice their skills at the Hy Weinberg Center for Communication Disorders. Through direct clinical experience and participation in innovative group therapy programs and internships, students are well prepared for real-world practice.

Students in our program are encouraged to engage in cutting-edge research, contributing to advancements in speech-language pathology and communication disorders. The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders offers exclusive access to four specialized labs: the Language, Learning, and Literacy Lab (Tri-L), the Voice and Quality of Life Laboratory (VQLL), the Augmentative/Alternative Communication Lab (AAC) and the Speech Science Lab.
